Here is a timeless recipe for traditional chocolate fudge.
2 cups white-colored sugar
1/2 cup cacao
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Inside a saucepan, combine the sugar, cacao and milk, stir well. Provide a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer at 238 levels. Don’t stir. Remove from heat.
Include the butter and vanilla flavoring. Beat having a wooden spoon before the fudge loses its gloss. Pour in to the prepared pan. Let awesome. Reduce squares.

This heavenly fudge is made from milk chocolate, choc chips and marshmallow crème.
1 pound milk chocolate
1 pound semi-sweet choc chips
2 1/two tablespoons butter
2 cups marshmallow crème
2 cups walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 cups white-colored sugar
Directions
Gently butter a 9×13-inch pan.
Inside a large bowl, combine the milk chocolate, choc chips, butter and marshmallow crème (and nuts if you are with them).
Inside a large saucepan, combine the evaporated milk and sugar. Prepare over medium heat, stirring constantly. Provide a boil for 4 minutes.
Pour hot sugar mixture within the chocolate mixture and stir having a large spoon until well blended. Pour into prepared baking pan. Let awesome. Reduce squares.
